Who am I?  I am Hifigeru Tomi, and I have been retained by Lady Hitomi
to be her personal wardrobe consultant.  Many of you have noticed her
new, more feminine style of dress - her new conservatively cut, yet
striking, autumn ensemble has re-energized the Dragon fashion scene. For
the lady who has everything, including the voices of two gods in her
head, you just can't beat our new "Shidoshi" collection.  However, the
Obsidian Hand is difficult to work around, from a designer standpoint.
It's too polished to work with sporty outfits, but looks out of place on
evening wear.  And while Lady Hitomi is a wonderful client to work for,
I can't help but notice that everytime she comes in for fittings, one of
our tailors winds up tattooed, and goes off with Hitomi after she
leaves.
