To Do What We Must

I have once again broken my code of silence and have decided to speak 
up.

I have been reading all of the discussion about Touch of Death, the 12th 
Black Scroll, etc. And I now feel it is time that I voice *my* opinon on 
the matter at hand.

I believe that all of us should refrain from using ANY card that is even 
remotely "evil." After all, wasn't the 12th Black Scroll created by 
evil? And how honorable can an assassin be? Assassins have no honor and 
should not be used. And Shadowlands? They are *pure* evil. After all, 
oni are demons, and maho are black magic. In almost all books that I 
have read that contain demons and black magic say that  both are evil. 
As for Touch of Death, during the many hours of reading and watching TV, 
I have noticed that anything called the "Touch of Death" or similar is 
of a forbidden art or evil.

My point being. How can we be honorable if we use evil devices to 
achieve that goal? We must all do what we must to stay honorable and 
follow the code.

As for me, I do not and will not use any of the forementioned cards. I 
will follow the code even if it means death. At least then I will be 
able to say that I lost with honor.
