[dragon] the corruption is spreading

at my local morikage tournament, i saw this deck someone was testing.
Fortunately it wasn't entered in the tournament but it looked scary.
example:
hitomi ?	(the 2/2 for 3 gold tatooed dueler) with blackened claws

any suggestions to stop this?
