Forget about Hitomi & the Obsidian Hand & the virtues of the
Clans and grand plans for a moment, and consider this:
The Dragon have lost the Kitsuki lowlands and the Miromoto and
Agasha provinces. A large percentage of our samurai have been
killed, Kyuden Agasha has been razed and Miromoto castle burnt.
we have lost three-quarters of our holdings and possibly more
than 50% of our population. No other clan, except *maybe* the
Phoenix has taken such a loss and survived. The Scorpion are
broken and divided.

Assuming that the Naga are defeated or the war ends, and Hitomi
suceeds in her mission, how can the Dragon rebuild? Before DJH,
I'd have suggested annexing the Phoenix lands, but that's no
longer an option. Any suggestions on sources of strength for the
Dragon, or will we be reduced to nothing more than an esoteric
order of ise zumi in Kyuden Hitomi?
