  Er... not sure about that.  Haven't heard it before, and it's not listed
in the MRP/Errata list, but it does have this errata:

The Final Breath (C Action [FK]): 0G 2Fo * Reaction: Play when one of your
Personalities is being destroyed in the Resolution Segment of a battle.
Destroy an opposing Personality with a Chi less than the Chi of your
Personality. (Errata: Is played immediately after Battle Resolution, not
during.)

  As it's *after* battle resolution, it's too late to save someone with the
Arrowroot tattoo.
