with 24 people, I can't help but think that you're getting glod screwed
alot.  I'm not sure if I see a reason for the Wayans in the deck, if
they're for arrowroot, I'd personally stay in clan and use it on Hitomi
Kobai.  But beyond that, the selection seems solid.

Not sure on what else you ccould really use for gold that might be
helpful, depending upon your HDM views, Black Markets or Corrupt Gold
Mines are worth considering.

Your own Firebird Falls makes Wayan and Gennai quite pricey, but it works
for all of the tattoed people.  The Alliance is uneeded if you don't run
the monks, and youve got to be careful with the farmlands when using
Hitomi Tashima.

Berserkers are a must for the fate deck, any one card that allows you to
take a second turn province should be in your military deck.  I would
bump up to 3 Test of Courage and 3 Flee the Darkness, and probably a
third Sneak attack, taking out the arrowroot tattoos and the Daisho
(your're not dueling anyway).
