[HDM] Mantis reports

  My reception from the Mantis was better than I expected. Friendly, if not a little strange. I've proposed the basic plan to them, but not everything yet. I dont think we have actually decided on everything anyway. Thats about as far as I've gotten ATM. Do we have a choice for a second decided? And are we still asking supporting clans to toss in a Dragon per? So far, thats what Ive given them, but I diddn't say anything definite, so nothings commited yet.
