Okay this email is not the clearest, but here is what I am seeing as the 
indicators...

This deck is an example, never does he say it is his.

Notice the switch in pronouns "I marked.... he usually places..."

Again the "He keeps...", not I keep.

I agree this email is not as clear as it should be but that is my two koku.  
Of course if he would make his second post to the list we would know.  Based 
on the feedback he might be a little gun shy.  I can realte to this.
