  Two things here, Kokujin has acted below his station, Toturi is the
Emperor, we speak ill of Kokujin because he has succumbed to the Horde, and
because he riiped off our daimyo. Would you dare speak aginst the Emperor?
No matter what his actions, its not within our rights, or our place in the
order.

    And Immune to the draining effects of the taint. Jade and Obsidian are
considered oppsing forces, but that doesnt make either of them good or evil
in and of themselves. Also, touch an Oni with jade, you get puddled Oni
gibs, touch anyone with obsidian? The unlucky get a fairly nasty cut.

   Do I hear anyone but the Phoenix cheering for this? Nope, Im not that
happy about it, to be sure. I dont see myself leading the charge to punish
them either. The Phoenix could use the help.

Hitomis clan that trained them, Hitomis blood that strengthened them.

I seem to be without the insight needed to find a single psychotic, tainted,
breach on the elements, an "integral" part of anything but the Horde.
