Another movement in the Dragon Clan

Greetings,

I am very doubtful about us having a civil war.  Unless the darker side 
gains a ton of new recruits (or maybe this old bushi is just clueless here), 
we don't have two sides to have the war.  Besides how many are still alive 
from the  Naga invasion anyway.  There are 1000+ people on the honorable 
side, plus tons more who just use cgms or very little Taint, so how many 
does this leave for the other side?  So unless things change drastically or 
I am clueless this is the least of my worries.
