My first fatal Attempt at building a Dragon Deck

| I'm saying that Hoshi exp2 is one card <in his deck> that
| will have very little effect.

Often champions have very little effect, because they're unique and
expensive and don't make it into the game early on. But once they hit
play, they're great. He's 4 PH, which helps the honor run. He's 7
chi/double chi which helps the duel. Both of those things, IIRC, were
major components of his deck. Plus, you don't need much attack support to
go nuts with Hoshi (as long as you have the favor, you have a pretty good
chance of busting a province).

| Yes - Hoshi is a great dueller, but including him at the
| expense of more basic cards is a mistake.

Okay, I missed which basic cards he was excluding. If he has Daini, Uso,
Yoshi, Gennai, and Yasu or Kaagi, he's pretty much got the personality
basics covered.

| BTW, I live in New Orleans LA - we're just entering our
| spring (for the past week our temps have been mid 70's) is
| it safe to re-pot a Japanese Dogwood trained in the Kigai
| (?) style, or have I missed the window? The root ball is
| showing and I know it's root bound because I've got a couple
| of tap roots coming out the drain holes.

I'm just a novice. In fact, my bonsai died two months ago.
