I have heard amongst the grumblings of others that the decks were fixed
rather poorly. I heard the Proposal of Peace was fixed in every Dragon deck
(though why that created a problem I didn't hear), and that the Fox decks
had fixed Mantis personalities, which would piss me off if I discovered such
a thing. Is there any truth to these reports, oh Dragon Comedian?
