Try playing Afshin Coleman's Phoenix Military with the Kuro sensei and see 
how it works.  He destroys all your provinces before you can get him to -20.

What did someone on L5Rinfo say?  "Phoenix isn't broken.  Afshin Coleman or 
Shawn Williams playing Phoenix--that's Broken."  I lost twice to Afshin in 
two separate SaM in the semis and the finals respectively.
