Good call.   Frankly, nobody should be using the Mountain Keep anymore.  
Iron Mountain's higher family honor is vital to the types of decks you want
to run off it (basically, honor-runners or decks with Mizuochi).

Hrm.   I like his personality selection better, but replace Taki with
Yuyake, get more Kaagis, and if PCP's a problem, swap out Bujun for
Shinseken.   That'll give a hearty, rapid

Caravan (or Large Farm) and another Sanctified (or Kabuki Troupe).

|  I'd ditch the Test of Stone.  You're better off with Test of the Emerald
Champion - the loser dies, you get nearly as much honor, and you gain a
province (even if they refuse).  Not a bad bargain for the cost of losing
one peep...

Yeah, personally, I think it's pretty crappy.   These spots could go for
Shiryo no Togashi and Mirumoto House Guard, not to mention Gift of the
Emperor.

|  These can come out.  Replace them with high-focus cards that do
something.  If you need more honor, try the Mirumoto Wakizashi.  It's a
weapon, which you need more of, and you can send people home if you block
with a lot of defenders.

Agreed that Moment Before can go, but Focus should stay.   It buys Daini for
full off a MC, and wins Iaijutu Art without a Yoshi.
