I would definitely use Yoshi since you only have one personality with 4 chi. You may also think about Yuyake as a cheap (and very good) early personality. I can see why Gennai is in this deck, but I don't use him (my fate deck is pretty versatile - I usually have a card to do the job at any given time). Nakuso is good in this deck, but would be even better with Fortress of the Dragonfly (I'd put a couple of those in if you don't plan on using Yoshi). Overall, looks good - though it's more military than most of my decks.
