Mirumoto-sama,
I thank you for the decklists. It is very interesting to see how
others use the same personalities. Here, howevere, there are simply too
many cards which I do not have. If I were to build an honourable dueling
deck, my strategy would involve using personalities with
carefully-weighed cost-vs-PH, good Chi, and innate abilities linked to
dueling. Ukira and Daini are excellent duelists. Yasu is, as well. Tamori
Chosai has great Chi. Yoshi is a staple. Uso and Mio are good for their
PH. Gennai is a staple in every Dragon deck, even if only for his Fate
manipulation.
I could go on, and give you a decklist, but, as I said before, it
never was any good. Unfortunately, the two lists which you gave contain
too many cards that I simply don't have.
Again, my thanks for your input.

Dragon Clan Ratling Duelist * Tattooed * Double Chi * Samurai
Togashi Rik'Chk'Chok'Tak'Tik'Chuk'Tok'Tak'Tik'Tik'Tik may attach two
weapons.
While Togashi Rik'Chk'Chok'Tak'Tik'Chuk'Tok'Tak'Tik'Tik'Tik has two
weapons
attached, all of his Focus cards have their values increased by one.
