Too many restrictions:
1. defending
2. samurai
3. facing the shadowlands

Even if you meet all those restrictions, you bow a 2/2 to gain +2/+2, which
is a net gain of jack.   If you're using it on Silence, okay, you get 3
force.   Otherwise, you bowed your shugenja for no reason.

I'd still rather have that extra honor than Mumoko's... er... less-than-good
ability.

Maybe if she was a Crab she'd be better.   As a Dragon, she's not great.

But all Kobai takes is a bloodsword or Poisoned Weapon to be great.   Mumoko
takes a lot more than that to be mediocre.

My point is she's a cheap shugenja with a negative honor requirement.  
That's about it.   I'd rather have Rohiteki and her extra personal honor to
fill that need.
