I think so--although perhaps I would give it a caveat emptor warning.  There 
seems to be a logical difference between Ninja Thief or Toturi is Drugged and 
Face of the Nameless or most non-Scorpion Ninja personalities.

I don't know anyway to put it at this point, since I haven't been studying 
the Gold lists.  But just as our alliance with the Scorpion means we have to 
keep our eyes open and our guard up, we need to do the same with any ninja 
cards we use.
