Err . .. . No.  Dragonfly Tattoo says that the personality can not be 
"targetted" with an effect that will send him home.  You can't play BSL 
against a Dragonfly Tat personality in any case.  And the Dragonfly tat is 
useless against the Dark Path of Shadow stronghold or Flattery.

Maybe this is why players have lost all sense of reason about the Winter 
Warfare ruling.  They are drawing all kinds of silly conclusions from it.
