u can find them on big tournaments. there will be
always somebody to trade it.

i've found mines on TORC.

but i don't think that they're so powerfull. Okay it's
an open action, but the -1/-1 permanently is a huge
disadventage. In fact it's a good card when played on
Senai, wich gain +3/+3 until the end of the turn.
