I could not articulate it very well, but Iyoku did.  The big difference is 
evil vs corrupted.  The foo rule does not lap evil with Ninja, Kolat, 
Shadowlands or Maho.  I missed to see the light heartedness, my fault, 
sorry.

No my point was just because a card has a title or trait and conforms to the 
card rules, does not make it undesirable storyline wise.  Thanks for the 
exchange and making me think :).
