The Duel!

I am in Germany as an exchange student right now. 
This means I cannot have the duel yet.  It will be in
2 weeks when I'm outta this country.  You have two
weeks to prepare yourself.  In one week I will notify
you the exact date and time for the duel.  Ha ha!  I
see you have given me a penalty for losing but have
not given yourself one.  That's ok!  I won't lose.
