Tattoos, unlike Mitsu, do not bow their user after a battle if they're
defending. However, I am uncertain on Juppun/Genshuo's ability to gain
force bonuses from Mountain and Dragon Tattoo. I think I remember seeing a
ruling that when he attaches an item he does not gain the force bonus that
turn as it is, technically, an action to attach an item. It's also an
action to activate a tattoo, so I would think that - in the case of Dragon
Tattoo - he doesn't get the force bonus that turn either.
