OK--people have accused me of being negative--but this is a very good card.  
Its not game breaking, but it, along with that new shugenja, give us some 
good card drawing abilities.  No, it isn't the Emperor's underhand, but it's 
a great start towards giving us something.

In the Gold enviroment, there are a serious lack of good card drawing 
abilities.  This actually gives us a boost.   And while I do have a few 
"buts" about the card, I won't mention them in the name of optimism.
