Before you guys start flaming this gentleman, I must also chime in to complain.

I followed the instructions to unsubscribe. I got a message telling me to 
reply to confim that I wanted off the list. I did that. 

That was yesterday and I continue getting the list. If this isn't how you 
unsubscribe, how do you do it?
