Without Yoshi, what's getting your chi 5+ higher than the opponent's?  
Biting Steel and Fortresses?  I wind up focusing all the time, at least 
against those stupid Lion tacticians...

I can't find my GE Flee, but Legendary says "When a Battle action or Open 
action during battle targets one of your Personalities, [etc]".  Doesn't 
appear to say the opponent has to do the targetting.

Maybe I've still got too much of that mindset from Open, but I never seem to 
have enough 4s in my hand to feel secure entering a duel.  I'm just glad 
nobody around here seems to have poisoned weapons.
