I wholeheartedly agree up to this point...

All we really need to jump to the top of the pack is a tattooed personality
like:

Togashi Mebad

Mebad may bow for a ranged attack equal to his chi. (Or something)

And bring back the Dragonfly and Centipede tattoos.
