Reijiro is 2/3, and gets a bonus of +2/+2 when assigned to the leftmost or right most province.  I know that's right cause I have the card in my binder and I'm looking at it right now.  I agree with everything else you've said, however.  Mu Dan would rock if her HR weren't so high.

  Your new APC personality, Moto Rejiro is 3/4 and gets +2/+2 when assigned to the leftmost or rightmost province, that's practically 5/6! Utaku Mu Dan a 2/3 gets +3F when opposed by a personality. Although the personal honor requirement is stiff for her.  Already however, I can really see the seeds of a beefy Unicorn deck along with Moto Chagatai, Moto Hideyo, and Utaku Xieng Chi as a first turn peep.  Getting attacked would probably be Unicorn's biggest problem however, with that shabby 5 ps, and wimpy first turn personality base.
