When did you first start playing

Gold  2 weeks ago   4 games so far ( 1-3 )

Yes!!

>Why did you choose dragon?

I've just started to play the game, but I've been reading and studying anything I could get my hands on for several months now. ( Just finished Ree's wonderful book on our Clan about an hour ago ).  The storyline is what hooked me.  By nature and inclination I feel the Dragon is my natural home.  Serious players who know my personality have said: "Play whatever clan you want, but in real life you are a Kitsuki of the Dragon Clan" 

To fit my life and character into Rokugan, The Dragon is a natural fit.  No other clan is even close.

As for the game, I have NO experience of any kind with any card games, minature games or role playing games.  Didn't really know they existed until a few months ago.  Playing the Dragon appeals to me because it is more difficult to win as a Dragon.

(beginner, intermediate, highly skilled, top rate)  

Do you have a level below beginner?  I'm not only new to L5R, but any kind of gaming ( chess excepted )

It's been a number of years since I saw 50

>Have you noticed any trends about players that favor another clan? 

not yet

>.... theory is that most of the dragon players tend to 
be newer players in comparison.
