To tell you the truth, I wrote them all and Rich did some editing and
corrections before they went to press. As I told earlier, I'll post them all
as soon as I find some time to transfer them from my laptop to my
Web-connected CPU. I'm glad you liked the Dragon letter, I hope you will
like the others too.
