Just had this confirmed by my local store owner from the prerelease cards, 
with pretty much the exact same wording.  Including the rather strange 
phrase of "Your Dragon Clan Samurai personalities may attach two 
weapons"...like there's some non-personality Samurai around we're going to 
try to attach weapons to?  He also confirmed that Isawa's Last Wish is the 
promo card in the box of starters, but I didn't get the exact text.

Anyway, umm...it's good now.  Now I just need to figure out who I'm going to 
cut for Tsuge, Remata, and a couple Hirokos....
