I figured that the Scorpion moved against Junnosuke because he was
severely threatening Tsudao-sama's status as an heir to the throne.
I believe that she is most suited as Empress, and believe that the death
of a bitter man at the hands of the Sword is not what is best for
Rokugan, since her enemies in the political arena would ensure that she
could never ascend the throne had Junnosuke's plan worked.
