[dragon] A really dumb question, but plz answer.

[Togashi Futeki]

Ok, here is my really dumb question...If I take a province with The Great Son of Togashi-Kama (Hoshi) and he has the Armor of Osano-wo, can I put Ring of Earth into play from my fate deck?  The reason I ask is because all the other "get a ring in play items" like Mantle of Fire, Tapestry of Air, Drum of Water, ect, they all say "put the ring into play FROM YOUR HAND"but the Armor of Osano-Wo does not say "from your hand". Im sorry if this is a really dumb question...but I must be enlightened.
