Yes, he does. And is 1 of 2 personalities in that deck that had >2 honor
requirement. And he has a supercool ability. And he is tactician. He so
outclasses Genshuo it isn't even funny.

And that is exactly what I am finding. I would really like to do something
different. Something that makes people say, "What the heck is that wacko
playing?" "Don't know, but it's winning!" Dragon Tattoo rocks. Think of it
this way. Your opponent spends 7 gold to get a 3 force unit. We spend 7
gold to get 3 force (vedau). They spend 5 gold to add Medium Infantry. We
spend nothing to put on Dragon Tattoo. Who is faster? If you do get the
Rallying Cry, go crush. Most of the time, I go where they are not, so there
is no worry about bowing in battle. With a Farmlands token, I do just fine
anyway. If you reserve your Dragon Tattoo personalities for defense, and
attack where the opponent isn't (With a big unit with Sword or Heavy
Infantry) through Naga Tattoo or Master of the Rolling River or Gift of the
Water Dragon or Superior Tactics, they soon won't be able to outforce your
defence and you can come across en-mass once you HAVE Rallying Cry.

I think I'll sub in a couple Heavy Infantry somewhere. They are so
powerful. And again, I reference my thoughts about Dragon Tattoo.

Definitely like the Ranged attack nastiness. Will playtest when I get a
chance and report.
