  It should be noted that Dragon will probably have an easier time of
having a 5C personality to bring Kozue out without cost.

  Also note that Kozue can't give another Kozue Double-Chi because he
isn't Samurai.

  And, as noted, Kozue can't bring in another Kozue without cost.

  Also, I'm pretty sure that "waiving the gold cost" is not the same as
"reducing it to zero" so even Crane wouldn't gain the 1 honor for
bringing him out that way.

  In other words, if you think his ability is excellent, PLAY HIM IN
DRAGON.

  But yeah, it'd be much cooler if he was a Dragon card, but hey, we
can't have everything.
