I'm currently thinking of him as an expensive star of laramun (you 
cant really rely on having a 5 chi personality handy) that takes up a 
dynasty slot. It's been recent enough that we had comments on how it 
was better to minimise our fate dueling support, dynasty slots are 
even more precious.
