**Here is what I would like to see for the Dragon, as a Scorpion who is a
big Dragon fan, and plays Dragon decks from time to time (usually when I am
in the mood to shoot for Enlightenment victories)

**I think they are stigy with monks because then it would look like they are
supporting on ef the dead factions, and with Shinmaki Monastary and
alliance, they mau be worried about balance issues (The same with Ninja's
for Scorpion, I am thinking).

I would also like to see Shosuro Cian exp2, with a "will join Dragon for 2
less" clause, or othere suitable Scorp/Dragon tie-in.
