Yes.  She is Kitsu Dejiko.  Her Spirit Wars art was UGLY, her Gold Edition
art was arguably uglier.  Her XP version is cool though.

BTW: I don't think Toku took a Matsu bride.  He would wind up as "Matsu
Toku".  Though, it would explain Miyako... :)

*** No, as the daimyo of a minor clan, his position his still higher than that of most clan samurai.  The celestial order goes something like this (I don't have my book in front of me, so it may be slightly off.

The rest are just details.  
So unless he was marrying another daimyo or champion, his glory position would be higher and thus his bride would drop her name.
