The Phoenix and Lion alliance was planing to head south, unless my memory is
totally fooling me (I am not looking up any more stuff tonight ;)). We
lived right over him and had no idea he was alive. Any actions he took only
increased the chance we would find out about him. Still he made that risk
to divert the Phoenix and Lion armies, only to increase his activity and the
general activity in his area, thus increasing the chance that he would be
discovered. Remember now, by his own admission, he is vulnerable at this
time and yet made these risks. Does it make any sense to you to keep these
three armies in your general vacinity instead of far south and away from you
if he is not concered about the Horde to the south?

As for being weak and vulnerable, well I do not want to see him strong ;)?

Take care,
Rob- Mirumoto Shokan
