[dragon] New Economics?

   Since some of the winning Dragon decks do NOT use the Trading Grounds scheme
(replacing some of its cards with Farms most of the time), and with all of the
new Holdings from the last couple sets, has anyone got a new Gold scheme they'd
like to share?  (I own little of DA or BB, and my playgroup is strictly Open
format, so I don't have much to contribute.)
