Personally I perfer the Wave tattoo over Call to arms. Since I use the strategy of avoiding battles usually I only need to have one dueler to do some Pking when someone attacks or a shugenja to cast Torrential Rain. Since I only need one, Wave works much better because I can use it turn after turn. Although I am Really having difficulty finding space for them nowadays...

However if you plan on fighting out attacks then I differ to other, more knowledgable, members of this list on that matter. :)
