Hardly, I play dragon because that was my choice sicne imperial ed. I did=
=20
not chose my path, my path chose me at the beginning of time because I'm=20
dragon. Simply because I do not play in the same deck style that you do d=
oes=20
not mean I am any less of a dragon player.

I play to win, and that's hardly a crime last time I checked. If I was=20
simply a bandwaggoner I don't think I would have been in the top 8 all ti=
me=20
dragon clan players, top of clan for Day of Thunder, or played dragon in=20
countless other events. But that was probably well before your time so I=20
don't blame your ignorance in this matter.

I also play iron mountain btw, so nice try ith trying to peg me as a=20
bandwaggoner.

The fact that Shadowland

are=20

You're more than welcome to mention it, but you're forgetting that the wi=
ns=20
are in a standard play enviroment where each clan has to deal with an arr=
ay=20
of opponents not a single clan.

The strongest antishadowlands meta cards rarely sees play because it's de=
ad=20
weight against nearly every other deck type. Playing large amounts of=20
antisahdowlands meta makes a deck vunerable to otehr clans in teh standar=
d=20
enviroment. However when you know you are facing ONLY shadowlands decks i=
t=20
removes that factor and every meta card in the deck is now nearly 100%=20
effective.

Tomb of jade
Purity of seven thunders
Temple of bishamon
Shadowlands sickness
Dirty Scum
For the Empire
Twisted Forest
Returned to the Pit

these are just a few totally killer cards that rarely see play but will=20
lilely see extensive use in the challeneg booth since the won't be facing=
=20
decks other than shadowlands.

Meanwhile the horde has to stick to their normal array of cards, which ar=
e a=20
fraction of the power of dragons meta when facing ONLY shadowlands decks.

>Challenge booth rules have never stated that in previous booths, and sin=
ce=20

y=20
>whining.

There was a differance in play balance in the other booths but not as=20
drastic as the dragon vs shadowlands. Had there been cards that specifial=
ly=20
bow and destroy cranes, lions, or scorpions that only one side could use =
yes=20
there would have been an outcry. Even though the booths favored a clan th=
ere=20
was *much* closer of a balance between the factions.

The shadowlands players have already faced this exact type of challenge=20
booth over the moto and despite their best efforts there was a landslide=20
victory in favor of the unicorn due solely to the inbalance of shadowland=
s=20
meta, when played in a fixed clan format.

>of...yes...never mind those...

Once again you're overlooking that these wins are from in a *mixed=20
enviroment*. Not strictly shadowlands vs dragon. Any clan can completely =
rip=20
shaodwlands apart when they build their deck with heavy meta, but that sa=
me=20
pool of meta cards would *never* be played in a normal mixed clan=20
enviroment.

>-You can play with anti Dragon meta in your main deck, and still play=20
>fairly competitively in the tournaments. The reverse does not hold true.

There are no other clans to face, freeing dragon to devote their *entire*=
=20
deck to meta against horde if they choose. In fact it will only increase =
the=20
dragons strength aginst that shadowlands deck. Meanwhile horde cannot=20
effectively meta against dragon any more than they already do in the=20
standard enviroment.

If horde had an equal array of bow or destroy dragon clan specific meta t=
hen=20
I'd say they are on equal grounds but in the challenge format they are no=
t.

I don't play shadowlands, but I'm trying to support players on both sides=
=20
having an equal balance. Or at least even things out a bit, since equal=20
blance probably couldn't ever happen. A one sided fight is no fight at al=
l.
