[Dragon] A stupid question about Kjgkt

Greetings,

Just a quick and stupid question about Kjgkt. If you take the text of his 
ability literally, it says nowhere that you get to see the card that you 
pick. Is this true??? If that's the case then you pick the card *somehow* 
randomly... Can't say it will be much help, much more like a handicap maybe.
