a) 14 holdings?  How do you keep from being gold screwed?
b) With this holding setup, you should really think about replacing the 
small farms with 3 Trading Grounds.

Reju is much better than Uso, if you can find him.  Daisuke is 
overpriced.  Where is Chieko?  She's one of the most solid people we 
have.  You can't have left her out because of the lack of 4 chi, because 
you have Daisuke in there.  I'd ditch him and one Ukira and add 3x Chieko.

You only have 3 Wind's Truth... can you really rely on them to gain you honor?

So basically you're assuming that you're going to have both a duel and a 
way to outfocus your opponent when the time arises.  What happens if you 
hit crane, or need to take out someone with higher chi?  It would seem that 
if your opponent gets their celestial sword out significantly before you, 
you're going to have no way to take that person out.  Sendhome works for a 
little bit, but you only have 3 blocks and three entraps, and the entraps 
are easily broken.  You're going to just crumple against sneak/deadly.  The 
test of mights are going to be useless, since other than Satsu, the highest 
force person you have is three, and you only have three of them.  (and two 
are a severely sub-par person).  Putting three cards in your deck on the 
off chance that you can combo them with a unique personality is not the 
best strategy.  If I were you, I'd do one of two things:  add a bunch of 
ways to boost chi so that you're actually able to win your duels... relying 
on high focus isn't the best, especially if you come up against people with 
higher chi than you or people with really high average focus values (Lion 
comes to mind).

Was that actually one sentence?  I'm not even going to try to figure out 
what you just said.
