If he bowed to remove another personalities double chi it would have been
much more workable (though it wouldn't combine with his own challenge), even
if he couldn't issue challenges other than his innate challenge it'd be
better than bowing atfer ever duel. All a player has to do is Iai art him
with a pud if they want him bowed and out of the way, or use that same pud
to lay out a duel in battle to bow him out and kill him, sure kokujin will
probably win the duel but he'll be bowed out a worthless. Iai lesson is a
win win to against kokujin, as he's bowed by the outcome no matter what.
Having *no* ability would have been better than the crap costs they gave
him.
