  His ability is really strong, so he needs drawbacks to make up for it.
I still contend he's an obvious addition to a SLH PK deck.

  Besides, an opponent shouldn't be able to bow out Kokujin with his own
duel, because Kokujin should be *already* bowed from using his ability.
You know, the one that can kill a personality every turn.  That's what
he does.  Complaining that he doesn't do that plus make fresh baked
bread is ridiculous.

  He kills a personality/turn pretty easily.  Kolat Assassin does that
once for 11 gold.  Kokujin does it multiple times for 13.

  I say again:  Awww... muffin.
