Pukku made all the points I was going to bring up quite nicely.
Kokujin's expensive, but he's double-chi and kills someone *every* turn if
he's outfitted properly (Blackened Claws or the like...). He's a walking
touch of death.
Shadowlands PK is a strong deck archetype, and he makes it a little bit
stronger, though he's expensive enough to warrant deciding whether to put
him in the deck or not.
