No. Not in a 3 Sanctified 2 Fantastic G all 3ph honor "rocket" that gets
mashed by Crane and Pheonix doing the same. Dragon adds in Duels for some of
the rocketing.
If you take that as Pheo and Crane do the straight Turtle Honor better, you
read correctly.

Huh? If Reju was Unique you would only run 1? No. Oh Right, because he is
a beat stick. So is Kaelung. So too, is Kokujin. ADD IN that he kills
Bowed peeps, and he REALLY rocks. I can't wait to bring him in, and winds
truth the loss across to the stunned Crane Turtler. I await the pained looks
on an opponents turn when they think "Is the favor REALLY worth it?" or when
they bow the Big Guy Kokujin can not duel, and one of my Shugs does the Touch
of Death!

Cost high. OK. But built in PK is UBER useful. So is double Chi. He can
bow for a card if need be, or Challenge/Art and basically ensure the win.
That gives a PK dueler 3 Double Chi Beat sticks, and 3 Mr T's to face off
with.
If your point is "He won't make an Honor Runner" means only the robo non
interactive honor runners, you are partially correct. He will not always
fit. If you can really play this game, AND can work around his limitations
(cost, Honor loss, bowing) you will LOVE him turning the entire game around
when he hits the board.
You can even pay full under Deeds!
