Lately I've been focusing a lot on togashi military themed decks using a
mixture of tattoos and monks. I threw a few of the thoughts together in
"tao's" not really meant as a deck list, but rather as loose strategy
thoughts. Anyways I was thinking of trying to refine this and maybe post it
to my site down the road so I thought before I went back to meditation I'd
see what comments people had.

~Tao of Mobility

Naga Tattoo
Snake Tattoo
Superior Tactics
Gift of the Water Dragon
Honor's Lesson Dojo
Togashi Matsuo

Drawing upon the ring of water the ise zumi uses mobility to his maximum
advatage, flowing away from conflict and opposition. Mobility is the largest
key in defeating a defensive deck, particuarly with honor's lesson dojo. Not
only does mobility allow you to avoid duels and defensive actions that would
endanger your units, it allows you to commit fewer resources to the battle,
since you units will only need only the minimum force to overcome the
provience strength.

~Tao of Endurance

Crab Tattoo
Dragon Tattoo
Dead Eyes
Mountain Tattoo
Stand as Stone
Biting Steel
Warriors of the Great Climb
Spider Tattoo
Hitomi Vedau

Drawing upon the ring of earth the ise zumi summons endurance to preservere
through conflict. The strength of earth is that of permanance, endurance
that does not yeild to obstacles but rather grows and overshadows. Permanant
force bonuses that are not defeated by a sucessful send home defense. The
ise zumi's endurance does not surrender it's strength, if finding defeat
they simply continue to build. First use the advatage of mobility to
overwhelm undefended proviences while the mountain's strength builds.

~Tao of Strength

Charge
Frenzy
Dirty Fighting
Palm Strike
Hurricane Tattoo
Chasing Osano Wo
To do what we must
Overwhelmed
Hoshi Wayan

Drawing upon the ring of fire the ise zumi summons great strength to lash
out against obstacles in his path. Such strength is powerful but fleeting so
it must be tempered with endurance, otherwise you will find your inital
battles victorious but final confrontations ending only in defeat. Use
strength only when facing the largest obstacle, and not against lesser
concerns. Allow your opposition to waste his resources on early forrays as
you build in strength, only once you have the decisive adavantage use your
strength to land the final blows in full force.

~Tao of Attunement

Wave Tattoo
Shrine of Stone
Hummingbird Tattoo
Rally Cry
Emperor's Underhand
Counter Attack
Slander/Deeds
Oracle of Thunder
Investigation/loyal yojimbo
Togashi Nyima

Drawing upon the ring of air the ise zumi becomes attuned to the obstacles
of his path and defeats them before they arise. The purpose of attunement is
to reduce weaknesses towards personality destruction or vunerablity from
being unable to defend, and when possible to exploit such weakness in the
opponent should it surface.

~Tao of Contemplation

Oracle of Wind
Sezaru's Strength
Naseru's Strength
Kaneka Wind
Kawari Coins
Aid of the Grandmaster
Kyuden Hitomi
Kyuden Mirumoto
Togashi Iroshi

Drawing upon the ring of void the ise zumi focuses their being into acute
awareness of what will come to be. Extending out into the vastness that is
the void the ise zumi's spirit is able to alter the unseen, shaping the very
fate that unfolds before them. This is the aspect of deck manipulation,
maximizing your resources and shaping them to best effect. Card draw assists
in this area but carefully studying and knowing the fate to come has a much
more profound impact upon the game, particuarly if you are able to alter it.
