[dragon] 4th place Season of the Scorpion deck. Looking for suggestions to get it to first.

If you're looking to play super defensively you're going to need to goad
honor runners into attacking you. I run An Empty Vcitory - against military
decks you can for their hand, possibly TDWWM or Duel them, other honor
runners you'll probably have a lot more military might out and be able to do
some damage or make them waste their send home and such. Another possibility
is Whispers, making them do something when they're not prepared to can be a
lot of fun, especially if you can drop them multiple turns in a row. Just
suggestions for the theme though. :)
